About the General Liability and Automobile Liability Program for Public Entities

The coverage forms are ISO developed and tested. The policy form is not an indemnity form requiring payments to be made and reimbursed after completing the proper paperwork, but rather coverage to pay on behalf of. Payments are made directly to the vendor and reports sent to you.
The few carriers offering this coverage in each of the three states mentioned above have enjoyed a competitive free ride for several years now. However, financial pressures being suffered by many public agencies demand options that are more cost effective while providing broad coverage features. Municipal and County leaders are searching for ways to deliver necessary coverages at affordable prices. We are that option.

Police liability that includes coverage for assault and battery while in the course of law enforcement.
Out of State auto coverage
Incidental Medical Malpractice for EMTs, 1st aid responders, and Paramedics
A flat premium not subject to audit and it can be guaranteed for 3 years not to increase more
than 3% per year subject to a 3 year maximum of 6%
Occurrence limits that are not subject to an aggregate limitation. I will highlight this.
