We maintain non-resident brokers licenses in 40 states where self-insuring the workers' compensation exposure is permitted. Each state has prescribed procedures to becoming self-insured and for maintaining self-insured status. All states require some form of security deposit to help assure injured workers are compensated if the self-insured employer becomes financially impaired. We can secure a bond, if required, or walk our clients' through the various options available to their self insured client.
